Scade is a portfolio tracking and tax computation platform for Indian investors. We help you:

• •Track equity, F&O, and commodity holdings across multiple brokers
• •Compute capital gains with FIFO lot tracking
• •Calculate tax liability including surcharge and cess
• •Generate ITR-ready reports (Schedule CG, tax computation)
• •Automatically import trades from broker contract notes via email forwarding

• •Scade is a data tracking and computation tool only
• •We do NOT provide investment advice, recommendations, or portfolio management services
• •We are NOT registered with SEBI as an investment advisor (RIA), stock broker, or portfolio manager
• •Tax calculations are estimates — consult a qualified Chartered Accountant for tax filing decisions
• •We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on data shown in the app

• •We use AI (Google Gemini) to parse broker documents — parsing accuracy depends on document quality
• •You are responsible for reviewing imported data for correctness
• •Holdings, P&L, and tax figures should be verified against your broker statements before use
• •Corporate action adjustments (bonus, splits, mergers, demergers) are applied automatically but should be verified

• •You must provide accurate information (name, PAN) during registration
• •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• •Do not share your account with unauthorized individuals
• •We may suspend accounts that violate these terms

• •Use Scade only for tracking your own or your family's portfolios
• •Do not attempt to access other users' data
• •Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our APIs
• •Do not upload malicious files or attempt to exploit the system

• •Scade and its features are proprietary
• •You retain ownership of your financial data
• •We do not claim any rights over your portfolio data or documents

• •We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• •Scheduled maintenance may cause brief downtime
• •We are not liable for losses arising from service unavailability

• •Scade is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• •We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• •Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months (which may be zero for free users)
• •We are not responsible for errors in tax calculations — always verify with a CA

• •You may close your account at any time
• •We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• •Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days

• •These terms are governed by the laws of India
• •Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra

• •We may modify these terms at any time
• •Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification
• •Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
